We are Zoe Myall and Holly Barrett and we run Give It Some Fizz Fitness, Sports and Education. Our aim is to provide children and adults with greater opportunities to lead active and healthy lifestyles.
We have a combined experience of 16 years of coaching. Holly has spent more than 10 years in primary school teaching and Zoe is a qualified personal trainer with knowledge of weight management, nutrition for health and fitness and delivers sports coaching in a school setting.
We provide advice for primary schools on how to develop high quality physical education and promote health and fitness to all age ranges through fitness classes, personal training and sporting activities.

This class combines movements from Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates to stretch and relax your body and help improve posture and balance. The Monday afternoon class is now at the new venue of Moose Hall in Spalding and our Tuesday evening class continues every week at Surfleet Village Hall.
