Fitness for all

We provide a range of fitness and wellness classes, which we will soon be delivering face-to-face indoors again following the Government's announcement on Thursday, July 9th of the easing of lockdown restrictions. We are also offering these classes online.


ONLINE FITNESS

While we finalise details for our indoor face-to-face classes to restart, we are still offering online classes. We have over 30 online classes a month (30-minutes each) and anytime 'downloadable' classes - all for just £30 a month.

Whether you are looking for a high intensity class or a little relaxation, we have something for you.

Our friendly online classes (delivered via Zoom) include:

LATEST NEWS We run fitness classes for adults of all ages and abilities and will be announcing the date for our indoor classes to begin again very shortly.


Fitness Classes. renew (old)

Renew Class

This class features exercises based on the principles of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga and is ideal for helping to improve posture and flexibility.

Mondays 3.30pm-4.30pm: Moose Hall, Love Lane, Spalding (behind Ayscoughfee Hall and Gardens).

Tuesdays 7.30pm-8.30pm: Surfleet Village Hall, Station Road, Surfleet, near Spalding. PE11 4DB.

Meditation

Relaxation meditation will guide you through meditation scripts and mindfulness activities. The ability to relax is essential to our well-being and can reduce stress levels, reduce anxieties and support a greater level of happiness. The mindfulness activities and guided meditations for relaxation help to calm your mind and body. Booking is essential before the block or session begins.
Tuesday 7.15pm-8pm: Cowbit Village Hall
Wednesday 10am-11am: South Holland Centre (Meeting Room)

Quick Fitness

This high intensity workout will give you a full body workout. It will incorporate a wide range of cardio, strength and core exercises and activities. £5 per session.

Tuesday 6.30-7.15pm Surfleet Village Hall.




Fitness Classes. boxercise

Boxercise

Boxercise combines boxing and exercise with great fun, and is a stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit. 5 week block £20.

Tuesdays, 6.30-7.15pm. Cowbit Village Hall


Fitness Classes. bootcamp17

Boot Camp

Bootcamp is for all abilities and fitness levels…WHY? Because YOU determine how hard you work and you’re only competing against yourself. We aim to make the exercise sessions fun with a variety of workouts, circuits and activities that will get you ready for your summer!
