Personal training, fitness and sports for all in Spalding and South Lincolnshire

We are Zoe Myall and Holly Barrett and we run Give It Some Fizz Fitness, Sports and Education. We have been joined by fitness trainer, Toby Barlow, who is keen to share his passion for fitness in our classes and sessions. Jointly, we have a combined amount of over 30 years of experience in the fitness and education industry. We believe that developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle should be an every day part of life for all, whether that's by having a personal trainer, or simply getting out and doing something active that you enjoy.

Our aims:

We want to provide people of all ages with greater opportunities to lead active and healthy lifestyles through our range of fun and friendly sessions.

  • Fitness classes - Walking Football (Spalding, Surfleet, Holbeach), Boot Camps, Boxercise, Battle Ropes, Meditation and Renew class (a blend of exercises based on Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga for strength and flexibility)
  • Personal training - We offer 1:1 and group personal training in and around Spalding, Boston, Holbeach, Bourne and Sleaford. To find out more about having a personal trainer and booking our personal training services in South Lincolnshire, simply get in touch
  • Wellness days - Healthy lifestyles and meditation workshops
  • School sports - Activities in pre-schools and primary schools in and around Spalding and across the UK to help keep youngsters fit and active.
