Personal training, fitness and sports for all in Spalding and South Lincolnshire

We are Zoe Myall and Holly Barrett and we run Give It Some Fizz Fitness, Sports and Education. We have been joined by fitness trainer, Toby Barlow, who is keen to share his passion for fitness in our classes and sessions. Jointly, we have a combined amount of over 30 years of experience in the fitness and education industry. We believe that developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle should be an every day part of life for all, whether that's by having a personal trainer, or simply getting out and doing something active that you enjoy.

Our aims:

We want to provide people of all ages with greater opportunities to lead active and healthy lifestyles through our range of fun and friendly sessions.

  • Fitness classes - Walking Football (Spalding, Surfleet, Holbeach), Boot Camps, Boxercise, Battle Ropes, Meditation and Renew class (a blend of exercises based on Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga for strength and flexibility)

  • Wellness days - Healthy lifestyles and meditation workshops
  • School sports - Activities in pre-schools and primary schools in and around Spalding and across the UK to help keep youngsters fit and active.

    Charity Quiz Night
    Charity quiz night in aid of Mind will be held on Friday 6th December 7 - 9pm at Surfleet Village Hall. Maximum teams of 6 people with each player paying £5.     1:1 learn to cycle sessions

    During the sessions we will develop your child's balance, gliding, steering, control, braking and progress to pedalling. If your child can’t attend our Learn to Cycle sessions or you feel that they would benefit more from a 1 to 1 session Click here to book a session.
