We run fitness classes for adults of all ages and abilities.

Renew Class

This class features exercises based on the principles of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga and is ideal for helping to improve posture and flexibility.

Mondays 3.30pm-4.30pm: Moose Hall, Love Lane, Spalding (behind Ayscoughfee Hall and Gardens).

Tuesdays 7.30pm-8.30pm: Surfleet Village Hall, Station Road, Surfleet, near Spalding. PE11 4DB.

Walking Football

Walking Football - Do you love football but haven't been able to play? This class is perfect for anyone who is recovering from injury, wants to get back in to playing or wants to try something new. All the rules are the same, with one difference, no jogging only walking! All abilities and fitness levels welcome.

Monday 5.45 - 6.45pm Glen Park, Surfleet (Astro turf)

Thursday 9:30 – 10:30am Monks House Lane Park, Spalding. (Grass)

£5 per person per session.

Boxercise combines boxing and exercise with great fun, and is a stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit. 6 week block £30 or £6 per session. Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm Cowbit Village Hall

Next 6 week block runs from Tuesday 5th November to Tuesday 10th December 2019

Six week block in relaxation meditation will guide you through meditation scripts and mindfulness activities. The ability to relax is essential to our well-being and can reduce stress levels, reduce anxieties and support a greater level of happiness. The mindfulness activities and guided meditations for relaxation help to calm your mind and body. The six week block is £36 for all 6 sessions or £7 per session. Booking is essential before the block or session begins. Our next full 6 week block begins Wednesday 6th November.

Boot Camp

Bootcamp is for all abilities and fitness levels…WHY? Because YOU determine how hard you work and you’re only competing against yourself. We aim to make the exercise sessions fun with a variety of workouts, circuits and activities that will get you ready for your summer!

Our popular summer boot camp has now finished for 2019 at Ayscoughfee Hall and Museum Gardens, Spalding, but will return in spring/summer 2020.

This high intensity workout will give you a full body workout. It will incorporate a wide range of cardio, strength and core exercises and activities. £5 per session. This class has now finished for the winter but will be back again next spring/summer 2020.
