Working out with a personal trainer is ideal if you are just starting out in fitness, recovering from injury or illness or if you are already fighting fit and just want to change your routine. We will carry out a PAR-Q (ready for exercise questionnaire) with you to discuss your aims and set targets.
Blood pressure, weight, BMI (Body Mass Index), lung function and fitness tests.
Nutritional advice to help with your training.
Training can take place in your own home or at a central outdoor location where we will train with you.
A specific training programme to help you meet your goals.

Weight Loss Specialist
Zoe is also a Weight Loss Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. So if you are struggling to lose weight she can offer you support as a personal trainer, and her knowledge to help you with your journey.

Well-being MOT & Online Support
We also offer well-being MOTs and online support, to help set you on the right track to meet your health and fitness goals. This includes tips on nutrition, healthy eating for weight management and a tailor made fitness programme each week. We understand that we all have good and bad days but we will be there for you when you need extra support or advice.
£45 (price includes initial consultation and follow-up appointment.)
Online support is available for those people who would like to have support with weekly exercise programmes, diet advice and motivational emails. Please contact us for the price.
