Working out with a personal trainer is ideal if you are just starting out in fitness, recovering from injury or illness or if you are already fighting fit and just want to change your routine. Our clients are all individuals and we know that they will have individual goals and reasons for choosing to work with a personal trainer.

    Book and complete 12 sessions in 6 weeks minimum 2 sessions a week. 12 sessions for only £299! (Offer available now until end of August)

    Save money when block booking: Book 18 sessions get 2 FREE or 10 sessions get 1 FREE (To be completed in 3 months)
    Sessions are also available for couples, pairs or small groups but pricing will differ. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

    Price includes:

  • Initial consultation where we will chat to you about your goals.
  • We will carry out a PAR-Q (ready for exercise questionnaire) with you to discuss your aims and set targets.
  • Blood pressure, weight, BMI (Body Mass Index), lung function and fitness tests.
  • Nutritional advice to help with your training.
  • Training can take place in your own home or at a central outdoor location where we will train with you.
  • A specific training programme to help you meet your goals.

    Pre-wedding personal training

    We want to help you to get in shape for your big day and the rest of your life. Available to brides, grooms, bridesmaids, grooms men or any member of the wedding party in any combination. 1:1, pairs or small group sessions available.

    Pre-Season Training
    Many sports teams and athletes use personal trainers to support with their pre-season training. The aim of pre-season training is to slowly build fitness levels and gain match practice. By the time you play the first game of the season or compete in your first event you should have prepared your body enough to perform at your best. We can deliver sports specific fitness training sessions for you and your team to prepare for the upcoming season. Contact us today to discuss your requirements.

    Well-being MOT & Online Support

    We also offer well-being MOTs and online support, to help set you on the right track to meet your health and fitness goals. This includes tips on nutrition, healthy eating for weight management and a tailor made fitness programme each week. We understand that we all have good and bad days but we will be there for you when you need extra support or advice.

    £45 (price includes initial consultation and follow-up appointment.)
    Online support is available for those people who would like to have support with weekly exercise programmes, diet advice and motivational emails. Please contact us for the price.
